2. Sample messages are too generic. It should be detailed samples of real-world examples between the brand and the client.
Please update the sample messages with an actual SMS exchange between the Brand and the client.

Important Note: The carriers are getting stricter on sample messages and ensuring they match what is in the TCR, or they will be blocking traffic if the message content deviates from the samples too much. The clients need to provide real-world sample messages that they will be interacting with the clients. Sample Messages also need to be relevant to the use case type selected, as they are also starting to audit those. Sample messages must be detailed and accurate; we have been asked not to allow vague samples or samples that do not reflect the actual use case.
